Jillian A. Mercer is a digital illustrator, character and prop designer currently living in Southeastern Massachusetts.  In May of 2020, she graduated the University of Massachusetts: Dartmouth with a Bachelor's in Animation and Game Art.  I'm currently working as a freelance illustrator and graphic designer.  I'd love to bring your project to life!
